Hong Kong-listed online gaming company Boyaa Interactive has purchased another 115 Bitcoin, lifting its total cryptocurrency holdings to approximately 4,316 BTC and strengthening its position among the world’s largest corporate Bitcoin holders.

Boyaa Interactive Expands Bitcoin Holdings to 4,316 BTC

According to BitcoinTreasuries.net, Boyaa now ranks 22nd globally among public companies holding Bitcoin. The latest purchase is part of a broader accumulation strategy that has seen the company increase its exposure to the leading cryptocurrency since beginning its Bitcoin treasury strategy in late 2023.

Between late June and early September 2026, Boyaa acquired approximately 205 BTC on the open market for around HK$110 million, equivalent to roughly $14.3 million. Following the latest purchases, the company’s average acquisition cost across its entire Bitcoin holdings stands at approximately $68,280 per BTC.

That average is slightly higher than the $68,211 per-Bitcoin average reported at the beginning of 2026, when Boyaa held approximately 4,092 BTC.

Boyaa said the purchases were financed using idle operational cash, meaning the company did not rely on debt or new share issuance to fund its Bitcoin accumulation. The transactions qualified as discloseable transactions under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, requiring the company to inform shareholders about acquisitions.

The company’s buying strategy has been gradual. Boyaa had accumulated 108 BTC by mid-July, taking its holdings to approximately 4,201 BTC. Additional purchases over the following weeks eventually pushed its Bitcoin balance to 4,316 BTC.

Boyaa’s Corporate Bitcoin Treasury Strategy

Boyaa Interactive, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under ticker 0434.HK, focused on developing online card and board games for markets including China and Southeast Asia. Its corporate treasury strategy began changing in late 2023 as the company started acquiring Bitcoin as a long-term reserve asset.

The approach resembles the strategy pioneered by MicroStrategy, which began converting corporate cash into Bitcoin in 2020. Boyaa’s strategy, however, extends beyond simply holding Bitcoin.

Boyaa Stakes 1,000 BTC Through Blockchain Project

During the second quarter of 2026, the company staked 1,000 BTC through its Boyaa Network blockchain project. The amount represents roughly 23% of Boyaa’s total Bitcoin holdings, indicating that a portion of its cryptocurrency treasury is being deployed within its blockchain ecosystem rather than remaining entirely in cold storage.

The latest acquisition highlights Boyaa’s continued commitment to Bitcoin as a corporate treasury asset. Its growing holdings, combined with its decision to put part of those assets to work, make the Hong Kong-listed gaming company an notable participant in the corporate Bitcoin market.
