Psalion Fund III Targets Blockchain Infrastructure and Web3 Startups

Singapore-based investment firm Psalion has unveiled its third and largest blockchain-focused venture fund, launching a $50 million Fund III aimed at supporting pre-seed and seed-stage startups building the next generation of blockchain infrastructure and digital asset applications. The new fund will focus on high-growth sectors including blockchain infrastructure, middleware, decentralized finance (DeFi), stablecoins, real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, trade finance, and selected consumer blockchain applications.

Psalion Leads $4 Million Funding Round for Beezie

The announcement was quickly followed by the fund’s first disclosed investment. Psalion revealed it had led a $4 million funding round for Beezie, a platform that combines physical collectables with blockchain-based digital twins. The investment highlights the firm’s strategy of supporting businesses that integrate blockchain technology into real-world consumer experiences rather than focusing solely on speculative crypto projects.

According to Managing Partner Tim Enneking, Fund III will prioritise startups that bridge traditional Web2 businesses with Web3 infrastructure, helping enterprises adopt blockchain technology without disrupting user experience. While the company confirmed the fund’s overall size, it did not disclose information about limited partners, investment ticket sizes, or the expected number of portfolio companies.

Fund III has been established under Singapore’s Variable Capital Company (VCC) framework and is managed by Conduit Asset Management, a licensed fund manager regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Regulatory filings classify the fund as a restricted investment scheme, meaning it is available only to accredited and institutional investors rather than the general public.

Psalion’s Existing Blockchain Investment Portfolio

Psalion already manages a diverse blockchain investment portfolio that includes well-known projects such as Solana, Aave, Polkadot, Sushi, Arkis, Hinkal, and Usual. Beyond venture investing, the firm also offers digital asset lending and yield strategies tailored to professional investors.

Beezie, Fund III’s inaugural investment, enables users to purchase physical collectables that are paired with blockchain-based digital ownership records. The company reported more than $170 million in gross merchandise value, over $85 million in year-to-date revenue, and a community of more than 30,000 active users since January 2026. The newly raised capital will be used to expand inventory, enter new markets, and grow into additional sectors including luxury goods and entertainment collectables.

The launch comes at a time when blockchain venture funding has become increasingly selective. While overall crypto fundraising has slowed in 2026, investors continue to back projects with strong infrastructure, tokenization, and enterprise blockchain use cases. With Fund III, Psalion aims to capitalise on this trend by supporting founders building practical blockchain solutions that connect traditional industries with decentralized technology.
