The delay has intensified concerns that political disagreements over ethics provisions could derail one of the most significant crypto regulatory reforms in recent years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What Is the CLARITY Act? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The CLARITY Act aims to establish a comprehensive regulatory framework for digital assets by defining the respective roles of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
